Removal of casting finishes and finishing of varuous types of steel, bronze and aluminium materials. Grinding of welded sections. Grinding of synthetic resin, slate, marble etc. Cutting of synthetic concrete, stone, brick, marble or other similar hard materials.
This product should not be operated unless proper training has been supplied to the person operating the equipment. Personal protection gear includes: goggles, steel-cap boots, gloves, ear plugs, dust mask, hard-hat.
Fit blade properly. Confirm spindle lock is disengaged by pushing button and turning wheel by hand. Ensure the locknut is fitted the right way. Firmly hold the machine with both hands at a 15 to 30 degree angle and proceed without using too much force. Use a proper extension cord (2,5mm thickness and no longer than 20 metres).
Do's and Donts:
Never use without the wheel guard. Never use close to flammable substances. Ensure that the power source delivers between 220 and 230 volts at the end of the source by checking with a multimeter. Ensure the machine and extension lead do not get wet. Allow a 5 minute cool off period every 15-20 minutes of use. When using machinery in dusty conditions, blow out dust on a daily basis.
